Hey all,Just wanted to say hi to the forum and introduce myself. My name is Courtney and I'm new to the forum as well as to CBL. I'm an athlete that is training for the USA women's bobsled team (tryouts next August!) and my body composition goals and the way I train seem to line up with CBL. I bought the ebook a couple of weeks ago and read through it several times. I've already implemented preparation phase (though I cut it short to 7 days instead of 10) and am now into my second day of back-loading. Seen phenomenal results so far, lost 9.5# during prep phase as well as 1.6% body fat and a couple inches off waist, hips, and stomach. I'm performing really well in the gym (though my sprinting/speed sessions or anything HIIT related have degraded dramatically, thus the reason I cut prep phase short). So far I'm really enjoying the program and it's great to be consuming carbs again, yet waking up the next morning looking and feeling great. I'll be seeing y'all around the forum!Courtney
