Hello All,I have a question. I just started working out again, but not really using weights. I am doing the BodyRock.TV workouts because they are easy without too much equipment. I do have a sandbag which is perfect for this kind of a program and the main equipment used in the workouts. How many times a week do you think I could get away with 3-4 tops?

What is your goal? Just want to lose some weight using CN or are you looking to move on to CBL in the future?RB

I am looking to lose fat right now which is my main goal. Trust me, I would love to move onto CBL, but I dont think the BodyRock.TV workouts are qualifying for CBL.Thoughts?

That's why I asked the question. I am not familiar with bodyrock, but Keifer specifically says that resistance training is the key to success with CBL. So if that was your plan I was going to answer your first question by saying that you needed a gym membership or some weights. But maybe some CN ers on here can help with that part of it.RB

That will be okay for CNS, but it still wont provide the body comp. you could get using resistance training. This is a case when something is better then nothing, and it's not like you are taking up running like most females. (hoping I'm right in remember you are a female...)

Yes, I am a female! I was just thinking that I need to do something instead of relying solely on this diet to do all the work without a least a lil bit of exercise in the mix…

You will do yourself a huge favor if you just buy a cheap dumbbell set off Craigslist or somewhere else.  You will pretty much be able to do every exercise.
