dhcblKeymasterI already have some Karbolyn, is this a good back load carb source for PWO or in general?

Big_RParticipantEach 50g scoop is mainly Homopolysaccharide, which is very starchy-like often compared to rice or potatoes. It's a good choice for PWO shake. Depending on your Goals, it may not last too long. If it's too expensive for you to keep buying i would pick up dextrose powder, 10Lbs = $20

I have some that I need to use up, but plan on using cheaper sources like dextrose in the future. Just wanted to make sure it was not too slow digesting for CBL.

Cr PowerlinateMemberKarbolyn is especially useful for those who seem to have digestive issues with pure dextrose. There are more than a few generic versions of the product, including TrueNutrition's KarboLoad.

Ook the advise of people on forum and found a home beer brewing store locally. It cost me about 10 bucks for 8 lbs of dextrose.

jam.joshGuestKarbolyn is expensive but I just tried All American EFX's Karbolyn Strawberry Strike flavor and it was so delicious.

MJCMemberI like Karbolyn, I like Waxy Maize better if you get the good stuff… but both are much easier on the stomach than dextrose
