kris2peKeymasterI like this diet although I didn't follow through all of it. I just understood the concept and follow through it. I didn't do the ketogenic diet on the first 10 days. But I have to admit my body compositions is alot better than it ever was w/ me calorie counting.Although I no where near 10% in face according bio impedance machines I'm actually 25%. And yet somehow the lines of my abs are showing. Anyways the point is that there was a huge change in body composition compared to when I was calories, where I would lose weight and surprisingly look like a smaller version of myself. Anyways to the question. Can U bulk up on this diet?

B.I.A readers are junk man... they tell me i'm 25% bf then i switch a button, and all the sudden i'm 7% (wish that was true!)Honestly, CBL is a way better nutritional strategy, even if you don't do the prep phase.... HOWEVER you won't get near the same results if you correctly do the prep phase and understand the framework of the diet. Prepping seems to be highly neglected but to me is the most important part in re-programming your body to understand what the h3LL is going on!

Yes i know what you mean! I can't get away w/ alot of diets because having to live w/ a family that doesn't do any form dieting. They tend to want to sabotage your diet, they would deliberately buy more food in a way that they are missed informed. In fact wanted to do leangains for so long but having to fast for more than 12 hrs people will now assume that your in the Lindsay Lohan diet or that your might get ulcer for doing such, agan missed informed. I am going to try to get my prep phase done. How much cardio should I perform? Cause in the leangains diet Martin Berkhan forbids it. Anyways I really like this diet because it lets me do some fasting and people won't know that I'm on it. And then lets me eat carbs. Hopefully I can get this sorted out cause I really like this diet. I mean I think I'm 20% bf and I'm gonna do my best to really reach a more leanr body!

CainoParticipantI dont understand this bulking method, all bulking is, is another word for fat fucking yourself, so do that just go eat a heap of shit, and some more, some more and then some, theres your bulk EAT! While your do GOMAD gallon of nilk a day. Then your super bulked you need no diet

Bulk is a tried and true method, if you wanted build muscle faster and get strong bulking is important.Personally I don't have a big problem w/ dieting down being an ectomorph the weight seems to just get off but I do have a problem bulking its really hard. I can't get to those macros!
