Does anyone have thoughts on this as a fibre supplement?

Actually… Just realised fibre is also a poly-saccharide just it can't break down into sugar…It just depends what it breaks down into.

So the husk you recommend before is the best to use for fibre?

I'm not sure 🙁The husk does have a little bit of usable carbs in it, the gum doesn't -- but I'm not sure what it gets broken down into

None of the books mention anything?

They might do. I heard Kiefer say on a podcast that the less fibre you use, the less you need. Hence, I only get like 1-2 grams a day (and this is non-intentional, I'm not trying to consume it at all).

Xantham gum is produced by mixing fermented sugars (various) with bacteria.Cory
