Yes if y'all can stick to TrueNutrition. Along with products, their customer service is by far excellent. ProteinFactory took them over two months to get back to me on a product I ordered and they “no longer carried”

So is there a list of blends and what to combine? I keep seeing references to premixing a blend at TN but not sure whats the ideal ore and post wo mix.Some enlightment on this would be great 🙂Cheers
