Trevor G FullbrightModeratorI've been using it for about 3 weeks.I've noticed slightly accelerated fat loss with it, but I've had much more mental focus and pep in my step.I haven't noticed any signs of addiction, but I do smoke a few times a month when I end up hanging out with friends and drinking.

Brandon D ChristParticipantI think getting addicted to nicotine gum would be much harder than cigarettes. There are other aspects of smoking and chewing tobacco that make it addictive when people first start out. While nicotine IS a very addictive drug, chewing the gum doesn't really entail the same experience as smoking. If there wasn't peer pressure and looking cool, let's be honest smoking DOES make you look cool (when you are young anyway), I don't think many people would smoke.

the only reason why i would have a smoke on the weekend is to pick up chicks in the smokers area at clubs with the old "have you got a lighter i can borrow? then drop the old "where abouts you from?" boom ice brocken lol,hey i got 2 questions more, in regards to nicotine how much are we talking? like how many packs per day or mg?also i have been stufing around with this mtor pathway stuff and wondering if its better off even though im not out of the 12 hr mark to have coffee with heavy cream and mct upon waking or we breaking the fast, sometimes im doing just 12hrs without anything then coffee then lunch 2 hours later, not to sure what definition where talking about

jcp91GuestHe has also stated the rapid influx of free fatty acids from the MCTs in coconut oil can keep mTOR open, so the whey isolate is contingent upon goals. It provides amino acids for protein synthesis. But, protein synthesis is driven by total amino acid intake. This is why you can, theoretically, ingest all protein in one sitting, or in multiple feedings, with the same net protein synthesis. Your body has mechanisms to store amino acids, and release them into the bloodstream later. The whey isolate in the acclerator can just serve to give a potential boost in protein synthesis, since a quick rise in free amino acids can increase the rate of protein synthesis.

CainoParticipantWell doesnt this defeat the purpose of cbl and cns by “spiking insulin” surely the man who created this program wouldnt endorse it, or these sugar alcohols arnt as bad as what everyone thinks, hell he even hinted he gets his athletes to do this

Trevor G FullbrightModeratorI'm guessing its the fact that its incredibly minute amounts versus a couple cans of diet soda (ace-k) or 10-20g of sugar alcohols that are in many meal replacement bars.

Brandon D ChristParticipantA couple milligrams of Ace-K isn't going to hurt you. By this logic you wouldn't be able to eat vegetable because of the couple milligrams of glucose.
