Hi All, so just started CBL (SA) again, AND switched to PM training after work. Wow, what a difference from AM training! Everything is going great so far, but I have a situation today where I have to train from 2:45 & 4:15, and then dinner at moms at 5 (so this is a few hours earlier than normal) for me.Is 4:15 too early for pwo shake with dextrose? Just wondering, because I normally don't get home from training till about 6:45, and have the shake then, with dinner at 7:30, and done eating for the night by 9ish...Should I keep my eating window from 4:15 to about 8? Super excited to be eating dinner at moms and actually planning on eating everything she's making with no special requests or plans to just eat the meat!!!! 🙂 This hasn't happened in WELL over a year!

I would skip the dextrose and just have dinner at your moms and call that your back load. Enjoy it.

Yeah I agree there. Go no carbs in the PWO Shake and later in the evening enjoy yourself.
