Excellent idea.
I think this is where people become unstuck, they think endless amounts of carbs wont do snything amd wonder why there not getting results?Judging by your results a video of your backload would be a great comparison for others your size with your type of goals, as for me im 150 5"9 so im a wee bit different and maybe not eat as muchOr do a vid a day in the life of, starting with even your morning coffee just so others have something to go off too!
