    Stupid noob question, but the CBL book doesn't have a Preparation Phase page for evening workouts.  Is it basically the backload diet sans the backload?Sorry for the post, sure it's in a thread somewhere 🙁

    Yes.When you workout during the prep phase doesn't really change anything. Kiefer does suggest 100g of WPI only in the PWO though (see detox 2.0 thread).

    UP TO 100g wpi, remember it's Flex magazine, most readers blot out the sun with their lats.  Not everyone needs that much.
