Hey everyone I have a quick question for my wife and I that are just starting on this, and about shortening the reorientation to 4 days, from how I understood it, does Keifer mean go zero carbs for the first day, then under 30 for 3 days and then on the 5th have your carb night?
Or, is it go 4 days with zero carbs then on the 5th have your carb night and then continue regularly from there with being under 30 carbs?
Also, does it vary per body with daily carbs. Meaning does someone bigger have a slight wiggle room of 30 to 50 carbs, or is 30 the strict absolute about. Reason I ask is Mark Bell I believe mentioned doing 50 and under, I was pretty sure he said that but I might have to dig up the video again.
