G'day,Mark from Australia, 41 y.o. been lifting weights on and off since I was 14 - 15 y.o. Lately leaning more towards PL style using WSB. Just read CNS and started to give it ago. Just unsure on a couple of things hope someone can give me a heads up? I'm a little confused on the whole veggies thing, now I understand to keep carbs around 30 grams and veggies are fibre which isn't counted as carbs. So my question is can you eat unlimited veggies away from carb nite? Also as I moved my training to late afternoon, should I be having some carbs pre training? Lastly I am a shift worker so when doing Night shift should I eat as if it was the day or treat it as if I was asleep? I will need to know this when I shift to CBL.Cheers,Mark
