Hey guys,I tried cutting way back on my caffeine recently. I'm having to ramp it up again, as I more than likely have some sleep issues (going to get a study done soon). Anyways, I'm somewhat dependent on having it get me through for now. How much is a safe amount to take every few hours? I know it varies person to person, just looking for some recommendations. I'm 275, 32 years old, and have taken decent amount of caffeine since college. Thanks for your help guys.

Every few hours?Really, just have 200-250mg (or two cups of black coffee) upon waking, and again pre-workout.  Try to keep caffeine consumption at least 5-6 hours away from bed-time, if it affects your sleep patterns.Cory

Yah, if you're popping caffeine every few hours I don't doubt you have sleep issues.RB
