Heres my daily diet, just looking for some feed back and maybe tips to help people aswell.Wake up 6am6:20 - Bulletproof coffee - Half a brick of 100% grassfed butter with a tbs of MCT oil11:00 - Bulletproof tea - 1/3 of 100% grass fed butter with green tea2:00 Sometimes ill have another tea or ill get 5 poached eggs, depends if i get hungry again3:15 finish work and head to park close to home for a workout that consist of 3 sets of 10 pulls up, 4 sets of 15 tricep dips and different variation of push ups(I workout about 3-4 times a week)First meal is around 5pm which contains 100% grass fed beef with a few sausages.7:30pm More steak or chicken with some sausages.Let me know what you think and if this daily diet and if its the right food choice for CNS!Appreciate your Help.
