Hey guys I've just recently started carb nite, it's my 10th day tomorrow and fortunately as well the day before my birthday so having a big nice 'carb nite', I've also had a look into the CKD diet and from what i've read is they recommend having a depletion work out as well as having carbs pre w.o copy paste --> Starting the carb-up prior to the final workout is a way to try and get more anabolism (muscle growth) out of the carb-loading period, by shifting liver metabolism. If you don't care that much about muscle growth, you can probably skip the pre-depletion workout carbs.I was on a severe calorie deficit diet about the start of this year and still think till now my metabolism hasn't fully recovered, overall I've lost about 22kg over the past year, and prior to carb nite I was doing I.F.So my question is should I stick to a a particular number of macros for my first carb nite? according to lyle's article on simplyshredded, given my LBM is 140lbs my carb intake should be 630, though since this is applied to CKD which is a whole day refeed as opposed to 6-8 hour window how should I adjust this based on me?Sorry to ask so many questions but not long after that photo I had a weekend binge which left me 5kg up so I would really like to prevent any fat gain.Thanks!
