So I haven't seemed to lost as much weight as I expected. I may be retaining water still but I don't really know.I've lost about 6 lbs since starting the no/low carb all day deal, which was 5 days ago, so that seems like a good amount of weight loss, but I haven't felt the physical downsides of going lowcarb (cranky, no energy, mental lethargy, etc...). Should I worry that I'm doing something wrong?

No you sound like you are doing great.  Not everyone gets keto flu, especially if you have ever been on a low carb diet before.  6 lbs is about an average prep phase weight loss.

I dont think you read that right IBob. Obviously Darien wants to feel like he's been bashed with an iron pole from the inside out. Lets get creative here folks! First off, remove ALL that dodgy saturated fat that you've been using for energy and priming your body to torch bodyfat. Second, up your protein levels and be sure to get AT LEAST 30g of carbs with each meal. Make sure to use oats and other slow digesting carbs. Make sure you eat first thing in the morning as well. This is when you are most insulin sensitive and ensures you feel like absolute death around 2-3 hours later. Next step is to over caffienate (is that a word? is now!) so that you burn out your neverous system and bring energy to a new low. Follow that up with lots of small unsatisfying protein dominant meals. I guarantee youll feel like shit in no time! But seriously. Kiefer's diets done right make you feel unstoppable 24/7 why would you expect to feel like shit at any stage?

It happens, the body is switching from having carbs as the main source of energy to fats. Making your entire body functionally different. Blasting that fat away y'all. Hell I'm doing the “Prep-Phase” again throughly my De-Load just for the hell of it, and so far I'm ok.
