so last night i got to sleep around 10pm, and then woke up around 12:30am STARVING for some reason. i ate 2 eggs and 2 slices of bacon because i was so uncomfortable.so now i'm thinking i totally messed up any fat burning by eating and disrupting the growth hormone when it was probably at it's peak. definitely will try to avoid this, so now i'm fasting until 12:30 today to hit the 12 hour mark. just had coffee and coconut oil.i really messed up, right? :-
I wouldn't worry about it, esp. not this once. Carbs are more of a concern in relation to GH release.Cory
