    What woud be the best type of creatine to order to start CBL with? Does anyone know what kiefer uses… also how much a day should you be using if your just starting CBL?Thanks

    5-10 grams creapure (creatine monohydrate) make sure its creapure though you dont want shit stuff lots of brands sell it

    cool thanks, and it usually taken before a workout or after? I train around 430pm

    Personally i just do a 10g hit post workout, but you can do 5 pre and 5 post or anytime really, theres a lot of discussion when to have it, so just take it pre/post to get the “full effects” as some would say

    ^^This. Creapure guarantees your getting high quality creatine monohydrate. There is still debate amongst the effectiveness of the more exotic creatines. Creatine monohydrate is still the proven gold standard so I say if its not broke then don't fix it.I'd agree with 5-10 grams. Don't worry you can't overdose and you'll know immediately if you've taken too much haha. Creatine works by drawing nutrients (and water) into the cells. When you take too much your intestines let you know as they are full of said water and you are on the toilet as your body fixes the problem for you.

    Just stick with the creatine that has years of scientific research and years of commercial and personal use, creatine monohydrate. Its cheap and it works.
