Would fat burners be beneficial during this time? I'm making wicked progress as it is but I was just wondering if they could speed things up a bit. Also, I have access to a ton of preworkout powder (c4) and was wondering if the sucralose would mess with my insulin while doing CN. On day 3 and down 6 pounds. Love it.

Carbohydrates store water amongst other things they do.  Not to rain on your parade but you'll experience a great initial drop in weight due to expenditure of glycogen and less water retention.  Yes fat burning supplements will help.  My opinion is that i would give the diet a good run by itself, as it is it's own "lethal weapon" then if your progress slows, use the fat burners to get you over the hump.

Make sure to be in a fasted state while taking Yohimbine HCL. Insulin and tryptophan will kill the effects of Y. Also don't take high doses of EC/Beta2-adrenergic agonist cause Yohimbine HCL also works as a MAO inhibitor.

I figured it was water weight mainly but I dont really care. Diggin the big drop. I'll hold off on the eca for a bit, but will probably rock the yohimbe sine the lady friend likes it when I'm on it too  😉 what about the sucralose in the pwo?  Thanks for the replies

Sucralose in the post workout shake? I wouldn't worry about it at all.
