Coopers204KeymasterWell, I shall start I'm a “ninja” I've trained since early childhood, I'm 6'4 at 156 pounds. So working out have a good handle of the idea Anyways Hired a personal nutritionist 2 years ago, I have been lifting 5x5 for gain, I want to increase my size! I was hoping to get around 180-200 I'm eating 8 times a day, cal intake is 7-9000 ugh it's a lot of food. Been 2 years only gained 3 pounds, for the passed year I have done nil, sit on the couch n eat till I sleep wake up eat sleep then start breakfast. I'm giving no I gave up about a month ago been reading a lot of internet threads, YouTube I mean everything, my "dream" is dim but still trying. My weight/height well I quit at 280 pounds at 5x5 on the bench.My body is slim like chick slim with a cute fuckin ass. Hoping maybe someone can help a bro out in desperate needI would drink a bucket of whey in a day, bucket of creatin in a day, made me sickFound out im lactose too high in dairy products. Fat is not muscle and 5 months at 4 visits a day at KFC,no weight no fat Personal:Ppl are shocked I can kick over my head, have power endurance. EtcJoke: I'm ready to save money, buy tits give head save for a pussy. If you get real gassy when you eat big try some Betaine HCL tablets with each of your meals. Get your head straight and start seeing yourself as you want to be otherwise itll never happen.

That's everyday for the passed year. And my digestion well it's 9:03 here and I just ate 6 chicken thigh, 9 cups of rice cooked with 12 eggs, a small pot of veggies ( 3-4 cups maybe) 4 cinnamon buns an hour later I'm hungry and health problems I've checked tested checked even travelled to certain doctors and it's hard to see myself other then the skinny guy yes disturbing I guess but that's reality. I don't get too gassy unless the food is soaked in milk did find out I'm lactose. Best example I can give you of my eating is "I just ate for a family of 5 with dessert, 10 minutes later im eating a loaf of bread and a jar of peanut butter"Then 2-3 hours I'm eating for a family of 5 again. Everyday 4-5 big meals with snacking nonstopSo I'm frustrated cant get size/weight "thought eating like a horse would help"

It could still be digestion issues. If your body senses that its undernourished it may signal hunger again sooner than normal. If you gave your body everything it needed dont you think itd be happy to go longer without needing to eat again? Sorry didnt catch your age either, that may have a role in it. Whats the LEAST youve tried eating for any length of time? And what did your weight do?

I am. Turning 30 on the 30th of this month. 7 years ago I used to eat twice a day lunch/supper n maybe a small snack later on stayed in my weight range 148-152. Doc said high metabolism but seriously? Sitting on my ass doing minimal to nothing About 10 years ago I fasted for 25 days, sipped small amounts of water turned out it was ulcer in my stomach the reason anything consumed was painful. During that 25 days I had not dropped any weight, was my normal self. I did test for intestinal parasites that was recommended, had no worms or anything If I eat once a day say around 3-6 pm I usually have a normal hunger cramp the next morning. Undernourished, I'll stick with the physical results of healthy.I quit smoking 3 years ago in hopes of gain. ZilchI do not use any drug or consume any alcohol. To be honest I'm hoping I can find something instead wasting more money on health trainers, dieticians and medical tests it's been almost 3 years and I'm still where I am.

Gl;itch.eMemberwell youve got very little to lose from trying Betaine HCL. If youd like to learn more about how to use it check out this article from Charles Poliquin. Dont have to buy his stuff though I use Source Naturals brand.http://www.charlespoliquin.com/ArticlesMultimedia/Articles/Article/433/The_HCL_Acid_TWithout changing my diet when I first added HCL I added 2kgs in 2 weeks. Its something worth trying and ruling out at least IMO.

You must be a rich guy eating that much for so long. 😉 I would try taking fiber pills 20 min before eating to help digesting more of the food you wolf down.Oh, and how the hell do you bench 280 pounds @ 156 pounds body weight AND 6'4 height? I hunt a lot n fish. Digestion hmm gotta find other tests for that cos my appetite is crazy.Well a an average deer is 220-280 I usually haul em into my truck if I don't chop up in the field. But yeah so I've been told might be strong happy with that just my 11 inch arms not so happy LOL. But yeah ima look into more digestion. Maybe my doctor is missing something highly doubt it though been thru ultra sound, MRI, cat, gave enough blood for a whole other me, stool, piss, diabetes, anemia, cancer screenings, prostate, only thing they found was if I cultured dairy ( cheese) I get stomach gas, milk in fine just cheese gets me blah oh and 2 cavities that I had gotten fixed. But I will read up on these fiber pills and ask my doctor I don't know much about diet I just im know healthy and eat properly Thanks for the little info

kromollyGuestWow cooper , your tale of the tape was interesting to say the least , i struggle on the polar opposite end , im not very fat , 5'10 , 213 lbs ,(a little fluffy) 😉 20% body fat & id like to get under 10% ( my goal ) i chuckled when you mentioned KFC , dam bro , i have to avoid that place like the plague , lol , but what came to my mind ( on a humorous side ) , trying smoking some reefer , then when you get the munchies , try shotgunning a couple of family size tubs of KFC gravy , when u back load 😉 , perhaps that might put some mass on ya ... anyhow , cheers man & good vibes to your goals .
