Question for Kiefer: Is there any benefit in waiting for the 30-45 minute window PWO to consume your PWO shake (and thus begin the back-loading process) as opposed to having your shake immediately or any time <30min PWO. Is waiting 30-45 minutes more of a suggestion for convenience or is there any scientific data to suggest it's the most beneficial window to consume a PWO shake? Also, what is the ideal length of time or rule of thumb CBL should take? I've read everything from 3-6 hours.

It's highly unlikely Kiefer will personally answer this, but different people on the forum will likely chime in.There is some benefit from waiting 30-60 minutes for PWO shake, mostly from increased GH, though I don't think the difference will be much to fret over, I'd just do whatever you find the most convenient. As far as timing for a backload, 4 hours seems to be the max in most cases.

Kiefer recently answered this somewhere, but the source is escaping me. He said waiting the 30 minutes may not make that much of a difference in an isolated instance. But over time, the benefits of doing so can add up to have a noticeable effect.
