first backload last night

    You put them in boiling water so I'd think they wouldn't go below 60* before you eat them, haha.But yeah, you just mix them in boiling water with a bit of butter, and milk if you choose (I never do) and mix them up then voilĂ , you have mashed potatoes.

    I just meant like throwin some potatoes in the microwave man, nothing fancy. How bout some snickers? Am i over thinking this?

    i know he mentions loading on an off day sometimes for the next training session if its like multiple off days in a row. If i take the weekend off, should i load on sunday night or no?

    Candy bars really aren't great. I mean, you can use them but they will lead to a much larger fructose load.

    You can always make your own candy bars. Just melt some unsweetened cocoa bars added dextrose to it maybe some milk and stir a bit. Lay some out on parchment paper stick in the freezer or fridge and bam a candy bar. No fructose.
