swennemenKeymasterHi guys and girls! I've read the book and trying to get a standard diet. I'm coming from Leangains and a lot of things now sounds counter intuive for me, but let's try it and see!8:00-830 PM, AM Accelerator shake with added creatine (or just coffee with coconut oil). Noon - Veggies (brussel sprouts cooked in coconut oil) and 200-300 gram meat (chicken or cow) with 1:1 ratio protein (so total arround 40-60grams of coconut oil, counting 25 grams of protein for each 100 gram of meat ). Pre workout: Sometimes i take some caffeine with coconut oil (when i feel tired). 1700-1800 - workout(Post workout: Post Workout Shake, 10 grams creatine/60 grams dextrose, 40 grams whey isolate, caffeine and leucine)Carb-back load, 200-300 gram (uncooked) jasmine rice with around 500 grams of meat . Around 1 hour later; something sweet like Ben and Jerry's ice (500ML) or some donuts. And that is, on my non-training days it's almost the same but then without the carbs 🙂I also try to throw in some fish oil. Any help is appreciated! Thanks ;D

maxwkwMemberLooks okay to me. Just try it out and see how it goes. Did you do the prep phase? Also what are your stats and what is your training like?P.s. taking 40-60g of coconut oil at one time might be pretty rough on the digestive tract. Be forewarned.

swennemenGuestHi thanks for your reply. Would it be smarter to spread the coconut oil over the day, even if it doesn;t give me digestive problems? My training is four days a week 5/3/1 Wendler Bodybuilding Template. I will go carbnite or full ULC on my deload week. My lifts (this are guesses or with 1rm calculator). Deadlift is 1rm 320 poundsSquat is 1 rm 265 poundsBench is 1rm 200 poundsAnd I'm arround 14% bodyfat. And I didn't do the prep phase, because I was following a very low carb diet. I'm considering to do 10 days no carbs on my deload week.

Yes, because excess ketones from the MCTs in Coconut Oil can produce an insulin response.
