They are both great plans, I think CBL is a bit evolved from LG IF, and 100% better the ESE IF.I've done LG IF, and I think it's great to help people get out of the typical BB diets and realize that crap is not necessary, but once you are able to listen to your body better CBL becomes the clear winner.
