Sorry for the thread creation (I'm a mod for an NFL site, I know this is a party foul).Anyway, still trying to 2x check on CBL.  Workouts are in prime windows between 4 and 6.  Able to follow the time line of the CBL regimen pretty well.  Resistance train Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri with Abs and HIIT on Wednesday and Sunday. What's the recommended back load for Friday?  I read about Sunday (2nd day of two consecutive off-days, go by feel, etc) but wondering about tonight (first full week).  Do I still backload but pull back?  Normal?I will also add I LOVE this so far.  Have dropped a ton in the waistline already and after a tad bit of weakness during prep phase, just this first week alone I feel SO much better already in the weight room.  I don't know if it's placebo or what, but it's working...

I don't understand the question too much. Are you asking weather to backload after lifting heavy in the evening? Then the answer is yes. If Sunday is the second consecutive day ULC and planning on lifting heavy Monday evening I would have a small backload meal if needed. As an example my weekends are ULC, Monday's are my Legs. After a while of "feeling" I probably would have a low fat carb protein dinner and that's it.

Oh yes! Backload tonight after lifting tonight, Sunday you can backload based upon on how you feel and think you'll need it for Monday.
