Hey everyone. I'm a 28 y/o male from PA looking to cut BF while preserving my hard earned muscle mass. Been weight training seriously for about 3 years. Currently aprox. 22% BF, 199.5 lbs, and 5'11''- 6' tall (never want to give up the 6' status, lol) Ultimately, I'd like to get down to around 10% BF, I don't care about the number on the scale as much. I had some previous success with Carb-Backloading in late August 2012, started at 210 lbs got done to 198 not sure of body fat % though. However, I'm a teacher and with the school year starting in Sept I was planning on postponing CB since I would be working 3 jobs until mid-Oct. Come mid- Oct I began CNS, after determining that I wanted to cut down my BF % more rapidly (and I wanted to look good for Halloween). Began CNS at 207 lbs and approx. 22-24 % BF. Long story short, I made it back down to around 197 lbs before my Halloween party 10/27 and then Hurricane Sandy 10/28-10/30 hijacked my diet. Alas, starting anew with the Reorientation Phase (day 2 now). Body weight is currently 199.5 lbs.Looking forward to continuing and sharing my progress on this forum.
