Hi everybody,Just want to say a big hello from Ireland. I recently picked up CBL and looking forward to getting stuck into it. I've been training a while and I'm in an average fit condition. I'm 6' and 185lbs, BF is around 17/18% and I regularly play rugby. Looking forward to getting stuck into CBL and adding a bit of lean mass while shredding up a bit. I'm sure I'll be asking plenty of questions so thank you in advance to anyone that is willing and able to help.Jay
