I tried to purchase the e-book at the carb nite website over 2 weeks ago and my credit card was charged but I didn't receive anything.I contacted support and got an automatic email response stating that I would be contacted and could follow the progress of the support request by following a link.The link I followed only showed an error message. When I hadn't been contacted a week later I sent another email but only got an automated email.  Now there's been another week, I haven't been contacted and I am massively pissed off!How do I go about getting a refund?
