Nuts are rich in fiber and they are really convenient. I've read before that most people's guts are screwed up beyond repair after being on grain rich diets for years.  While they can drastically lower their dependency on fiber, they need to consume some every now and then to have regular bowel movements. I found 10 g a day is a nice number for myself.

    Just stay away from Psyllium.

    Why? Is psyllium bad?

Try some Green Vibrance as well. Only need a little bit in a day, plus if you're taking those other supplements, you'll be able to go.
