Is it ok to get in under 30g of crabs pre workout? What ive done is eat 2 eggo waffles pre workout. Its 29g of carbs. My workouts have been awesome since doing this. Is this a problem?
Yes, it's a problem.You shouldn't be even close to 30g of carbs. If you are at 29g with just that I promise you are going over 30 from trace carbs in other stuff.
