So from what ive gathered on CNS book, Keifer does advocate some protein powder on CNS, this is still up to date correct? I know hes obviously a fan of fish oil and creatine. Other than that has there been much opinion on throwing in a fat burner? Ive always like this one from the company “side effects”. Its a powder fat burner and it doesnt have an appetite suppresent which i like. Downfall is that is has some leucine. Would it be better to just do a accelerator shake in its place?

One of the updates he has said he would make with CNS would be controlling food quality, less processed foods yield better results. Less protein powder the better. For fat burners you'd be better off with caffeine and nicotine.

ok yeah i started the nicotine gum this morning and im a fan of the AM shake. For those with quite a bit of fat it is ok to skip breakfast on cns right? And im guessing you mean i should just do maybe like some cottage cheese at bed time instead of casein? Or some calorie countdown milk?

Skipping breakfast and fasting for 12 hours (Between last caloric intake of the night and first intake of the morning) is always a good idea and will speed results.I like to have the AM shake at 12 hours, then I eat lunch as my first "Meal".You can have whatever you want before bed if you are wanting to eat before bed, but just know that having some form of casein protein before bed went help or hurt anything at all.
