Yeah, after thinking about it. Training a body part that you're wanting to improve the day after or two from a CN would be hella better. Ultimately I would rotate the days you train a certain way every week or 4 weeks. Hopefully this makes sense, but for me I have Squats today and Bench tomorrow. After a while swap everything around, still doing the same routine, just different days.

+1I consistantly rotate which muscle group I target  after my carb nite, Ive seen several pros that rotate which muscle theyll do on a certain day when using a training split, such as required for CN

I figured out how to do that with mine just now. Besides I'll need to switch it around because my Squats made me feel like crap after I was done.

Anybody watched the new video about training on Carb Nite? In it Kiefer suggests that if you do train the day of your CN that you should make that the day where you focus on your weaker areas.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

For those going into a contest prep/on stage.

For those going into a contest prep/on stage.

Not even that, just for people who want the most out of it, but in the end it wont matter all that much.

That's how I interpreted it too... it will provide just a little boost to area trained due to the more focused nutrient partitioning to that area during the refeed and minimizing the muscle breakdown of that area.Since my weakest part is my whole body...  :-
