What are you cooking your eggs in?I ask because 2 slices, especially turkey bacon, does not contain all that much fat. I use a good amount of coconut oil, or butter.Also, this is most likely trivial, but ever think of switching that beef meal at night? If you listen to alot of the podcasts, Kiefer always talking about stacking calories toward the end of the night being more optimal for fatloss, and muscle retention. Again, that probably trivial, but for optimization sakes...Speaking of that, I'd remove the cheese before worrying about the eggs.
