Oh noz, ephedrine and nicotine at the same time?! I hear if you even have them in the same cupboard you'll definitely nuke your adrenals and probably die a horrible, sluggish death.I should put up my Death Mix just for funsies. But four cereal's. Nicotine will help with fatloss by freeing fatty acids for utilisation as fuel, with a bonus of hunger control where ephedrine is more of a hyper stim that kicks any and all hunger effects in the face with a steel cap while increasing heart rate, which may or may not lead to more total energy expenditure because you can't sit still. So it depends on how you want to lose weight and/or attack heavy things.

I use both at the same time with caffeine thrown in for good measure. Still wake up everyday. Enough proof it's safe for me.

Why not throw in some Synephrine for good measure.  LOL.  Seriously, don't.I am curious the long-term effects of you taking all of those at once.  😮Cory

Synephrine is nasty but I'll keep you posted. Honestly I've been using the ECA stack off and on since 96. I still remember being able to buy bottles of 100 25 mg tabs over the counter for under $10. Nicotine is something I've been throwing in here and there for the past couple of years. Lately it's been ephedrine caffeine and nicotine upon waking and again either in the afternoon or preworkout. For me this is a fairly conservative approach considering the heroic doses and other compounds I've used in the past. I can't say I've had any adverse effects.

Say hello to heart failure with this combo. I'm not conservative, but I can't understand why people have to overdo the stimulants all the time.

I started the nicotine yesterday 2mg’s in the morning and 2 mg’s in the afternoon. I do feel a little loopy, but after a while it subsides. 20 bucks or a 40 day supply. Considering I am reintegrating the 10 day prep phase then the CarbNite protocol, I am hoping it will alleviate Ghrelin and ultimately burn fat.

Found a study:http://online.liebertpub.com/doi/abs/10.1089/jcr.2012.0021Combined Effects of Ephedrine-Containing Dietary Supplements, Caffeine, and Nicotine on Morphology and Ultrastructure of Rat Hearts ABSTRACTCigarette smokers have an increased risk for coronary artery disease. Nicotine present in cigarettes can adversely affect the cardiovascular system via stimulation of both sympathetic and parasympathetic neurons. Caffeine, another cardiovascular and central nervous system (CNS) stimulant, is commonly found in Ephedra and Ephedra-free dietary supplements. These caffeine-containing supplements also have been linked to cardiovascular toxicities. Although no longer on the U.S market, Ephedra-containing supplements are another source of cardiovascular and CNS stimulants, namely the ephedrine alkaloids. Together caffeine, nicotine, and ephedrine can individually stress the cardiovascular system, and an overlap of these agents is predicted in smokers and dieters. To understand the collective effects of these stimulants on the heart morphology and ultrastructure, rats were exposed to synthetic combinations of nicotine (0.2 mg/kg/day), ephedrine (0–30 mg/kg/day), and/or caffeine (0–24 mg/kg/day) as well as an extract from a caffeine-containing Ephedra supplement (Metabolife 356). After exposure for 3 days, the hearts were removed and examined for hypersensitivity myocarditis and myocardial necrosis. None of the drugs tested alone affected heart tissue morphology, nor were atypical cardiac cells observed. However, in combination, significant interactions were found between caffeine and ephedrine; the interventricular septum was most susceptible, with a significant increase in atypical cardiac cells observed. Nicotine pretreatment caused greater susceptibility to cardiotoxicity associated with combinations of caffeine + ephedrine or Metabolife, particularly in the left ventricle wall. These results indicate that sympathomimetic combinations present in Ephedra supplements may have produced cardiotoxicity reported in consumers of these products. Moreover, the presence of nicotine exacerbates these toxic effects.

Thanks for the study, but the ephedrine dose seems unusually high.... 30mg/kg/day? wow.... normal dose is 25-50mg for most people....

Pretty sure 3g's of Ephedrine would kill me. And unless I'm taking pure caffeine, it's be kinda hard for me to get 2.8g of the stuff from coffee....I could do the nicotine before 12pm. Alas, we all have our vices.

Yeah, the highest dose was quite high, but since I hope to have another 60-70+ years in my heart, I'm not going to mix ephedrine and nicotine. I haven't found it necessary yet, anyway.Maybe these changes can be reversed, but maybe they're permanent. Also, is it possible there were smaller changes they didn't notice in lower doses?
