thezukimanParticipantHas anyone else had (or is having) a hard time downloading Shockwave Protocol 1.4? When I input my name and email it states there is a server error. I have tried different emails and even multiple browsers with no luck. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Maybe someone could post the pdf up on a file sharing site or email it if it isn't too large.Thanks.

thezukimanParticipantThanks Tex. I got it.Do you (or anyone else) know if tweaking the Shockwave Protocol to fit a 3 or 4 day a week workout schedule is advisable or must you do it as is (5x a week)? I really only have 3 or 4 days a week to devote to training (school, work, and family keep me very, very busy). If anyone else has implemented the Shockwave 1.4 Protocol into a 3 or 4 day a week schedule I would love to learn the specifics.Thanks.

You could easily add the core day into another day.You could also make it a push/pull/legs split.

Ok Thanks. Upon studying it more, I might just incorporate abs on every training day. I would use the three exercises he recomends and add an extra one for the fouth training day. Abs can be hit more frequently (as can calves) so I think training them low volume more frequently might prove optimal.

Sveta1017MemberI'm having the same problem. Keeps saying there's an error with the server. If anyone has the new shockwave and can send it to me I'd be very appreciative!

Sveta1017MemberOh okay, I thought that was the new one! Sorry. Just looking for something to help me with other movements on my non 5/3/1 days (if I decide to stick with that!)
