Does anyone know the proper “milk” or other liquid to use in the Hazelnut Ice Cream recipe, in the Carb Nite Solution, that would replace “Carb Countdown”? It seems that product is no longer available. I would imagine “Calorie Ciuntdown” is not the same thing, is it? Also, the Torani Syrups (sugar-free) are made with Splenda.... I thought we should ONLY use sugar alcohols with erythritol??Lastly, it is very challenging to find a breath mint or gum with erythritol, I purchased "Up2U" gum.... But it also has some other ingredients like ace sulfate potassium.....is that ok? Or does anyone have recommendations or other products for fresh breath?Thanks for your help!!
Splenda isn't a sugar alcohol.Honestly, most gums will have such a small amount of questionable ingredients I wouldn't even worry about it.For the ice cream, carb countdown milk isn't made anymore and you will have better progress while using as few processed items as possible so your better without it.
Thanks! I appreciate it…. honestly, I have really had ZERO processed items since starting CN a month ago, and I can't believe the fat loss I have already had! But I was hoping to find a replacement for Carb Countdown so I could have something special like this once in awhile! Any ideas at all on a replacement?

yes, but you're better off not using milk. Milk is a insulin spiking drink, which will halt fat burning. Just use HWC in your coffee, use milk for baking a dessert for your CN or with ice cream.
