Nadya TopalovaivanParticipantHi guys, here I post a picture a of me the other day. Some before pics can be seen here http://dangerouslyhardcore.com/forum/index.php?topic=5301.msg56675#msg56675I find it extremely hard to get a body fat % lower that what is seen on the pic. One must literally dedicate all of his time to workout really, really hard and eat as close to "perfect" as possible to get to the "next" level. At least, this is the case with me.So, about CBL. What I have undoubtedly noticed is some change in the general build of my muscles, not something you would immediately notice on a pic for example, but some differences when you look at a mirror or you feel your muscles. Strength accumulation has occurred as well (even though I don't do the accumulation type cbl). I am stronger than ever before at a lower body weight. But for the life of me I can't get bigger/leaner than what I am now.I won't quit, though.

Trevor G FullbrightModeratorIf you want to get leaner I'd suggest a modified CNS schedule.Something like having a carb nite every 4 days.Anyway, I checked the other pictures, you are lookin' good man.

kcarolhxwParticipantNice work!I have friends that believe they have to dedicate all their time in the gym to see results. They never make progress. A wise man once said to me, "see what everyone in the gym is doing? see how they look? do the opposite." Keep it up!

I agree with trevor, while CBL is good at recomping the body, its better to pick either muscle gain or reducing BF and put all your efforts towards that goal. So if you want to lose bf do a mod-cns if you want muscle gain do CBL with a few more carbs. But overall great results man looking jacked!

Nadya TopalovaivanParticipantI am really considering doing modified cns, something like carb every 4-th day (PWO of course) I'll see where that takes me.Thanks for the comments. I'll try and make better photos and from different angles, because I don't think that last one is showing the best I've seen of me in the mirror. (or I'm just going mental :> )

What I actually meant was, that you need to dedicate all you time to not only gym, but nutrition and when and where and how much. It's all about priorities, and a great body needs to be number 1 priority. Obviously, most if not all other aspects of life suffer, more or less.I totally agree on the "see what everyone in the gym i doing" part.
