Me and my husband have been doing CNS for around 10 weeks and all going well.  The thing is we have a powerlifting meet on Saturday, so we plan to carb up Friday night, instead of our usual Saturday.  i was wondering if I should introduce carbs a bit sooner as I'm worried that our strength will be affected on the day if we don't.  But then, if we have carbs a few evenings running, will we have to start at square 1 again and do the 10 day ULC again???  I'm 63kg and my calorie intake is pretty low on ULC days, sitting around 1200, I would usually eat a lot more before a comp.Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance guys 🙂

Kiefer has a video on cutting weight and eating around meets on his youtube, that might provide some insight.

I would carb up on Friday night and have carbs Saturday, the day of the meet.  I would have a heavy breakfast (lots of carbs and fat) with carbs.  Kiefer suggests eggs and hash browns for this.  Make sure you have enough time to digest this before your lifts.  And during the meeting snack on protein and lower glycemic carbs.  I think protein shakes and fruit would be a good option.  Make sure you can tolerate these foods in a high stress environment.
