    2 x 20kg dbs or 1 x olympic bar with 10kg plates6 x deadlift6 x each side reverse lunge6 x floor press6 x bent over row6 x RDLs6 x db front squat to pressrest 2 - 4 minsrepeat 3 - 5 times
