Bulgarian Power Burst and CBL

    Hi !Im looking for a new trainings protocols, what you guys think about Bulgarian Power Burst (BPB) combined with CBL SA?My main conciderence is in the ramp up fase, there isn't a lot's of off days,which will result in I only have one ULC day per week. Can I still cut some weight off though?how would my program look like:3 Weeks RAMP-UP FASE Monday: chest, shoulder, triceps (12 rep ) DB Bench 6 x 12 repsBB Incline Bench 6 x 12 repsMilitary presses/DB press 6 x 12 repsSide laterals 6 x 12 repsDips/skull chrusher 6 x 12 reps tuesday: Leg, Back, biceps (12 rep ) Squat 6  x 12 repsdeadlift 6 x 12 repspulldowns 6 x 12 repsBarbell rows 6 x 12 repsBarbell curls 6 x 12 reps wednesday: chest, shoulder, triceps (10 rep day)same as monday, just only 6x 10 reps thursday: Leg, Back, biceps (6x10 rep ) same as tuesday just only 6x10FridaySame as monday just only 6x8 repssaturday: Leg, Back, biceps (6x8 rep ) same as tuesday just only 6x8Sunday OFF ULC DAYAnd so on for three weeks Next three week.Week oneMandag: Chest, shoulder, triceps (8-10 rep day) DB bench 3 x 8-10 repsBB Incline bench 3 x 8-10 repsMilitary presses 3 x 8-10 repsSide laterals 3 x 8-10 repsDips 3 x 8-10 reps Tirsdag: Leg, Back, biceps (8-10 rep ) Squat 3 x 8-10 repsdeadlift 3 x 8-10 repspulldowns 3 x 8-10 repsBarbell rows 3 x 8-10 repsBarbell curls 3 x 8-10 reps thursday: chest, shoulder, triceps (8-10 rep )same program as monday friday: leg back biceps (8-10 rep )same as tuesday week 2:same as week one just 3 x 6-8 reps Week 3:same as week one just 3 x 4-6 repsDo you think this would work on cbl?
