TokyoLifterMemberIm so sorry but CBL:SA and CBL:DB confuse me so much! so SA cuts bodyfat and adds muscle and DB just adds muscle? please explain the differences and when to use them.. Right now, I'm 214lbs and bout. 19% bodyfat. I used to be 11% but I DB'd wrong.. I guess O.o Once again.. my goal is to gain 2 inches of muscle everywhere and finally reveal my abs. Sorry...my arms are 17 1/2 inchsmy goal is 19- 19 1/2 then i will be satisfied 🙂 chest - 43'waist- 37'
Do CNS until you are down to 10-12% bf and then bulk up. Bulking up with your % of bf won't be pretty, nor healthy.

PeteMemberI get close to 230g of protein a day. I eat 20 eggs (at least)
Cory, are these 20 whole eggs or just egg whites from 20 eggs?

bobbitt81MemberI struggle with this too–especially as someone who needs to drop a good bit of fat and can't just pound shakes all day. That's a SHIT TON of food. A pound of beef (86g), a dozen eggs (72g), and 5 chicken thighs (13g) would get me there, but that's an unbelievable amount of food to buy every day. Some folks may say that I'm just not committed enough, but that just doesn't seem feasible.

If you are trying to lose fat, I would say all you need is .8 g/lb. If you are consuming a post workout shake, it shouldn't really be that much.
