Fast Fat vs Slow Fat

    Those two are different in the way it gets to the body's fuel source for energy. Thus the reasoning behind having MCT or Coconut oil in the mornings. Cream is second based upon that, and butter is third. I could be wrong but this is what I assume.

    I understood it as pre-emulsified fat is faster to digest. Common sense really
