TomekKeymasterHi everyoneI recently changed my program from mainly focused on conditioning(mma) to hypertrophy, I am doing CBL(SA)Wanted to ask what hypertrophy protocols/programs would you guys recommend to try? I know that what has worked great for you might not be the best me but still want to try and compare different approaches. So what do YOU think? What is your favourite(or one of) hypertrophy protocol? Thanks!

+1It's a great program, but remember to keep an eye on recovery so you don't burn out.

TomekGuestSweet, cheers guys!What I kinda wanted to try and do is combine a 5x5 with a typical hypertrophy program checked out the recommendations and they will come in handy.

Personally, FST-7. Always grew me well, and shocked my body. Other than that, your standard bodybuilding straight-set protocols (3-4 sets of 8-12, w/ occassional extended techniques like drops).Looking to try Y3T during my next CBL cycle.Cory

It is just a periodization scheme w/ set extenders every 3rd week. Periodization works, so I imagine Y3T would work just fine. Steroids or not, Y3T helped build the current 212 Mr. Olympia Flex Lewis.Cory
