What do you think of that? Is it quite unnecessary? I just love working out, and was wondering if I follow the outline in the sample days for: Backloading Training at 9 am, and then tweek it by after eating at 5 train at say 7? then have your hypertrophic shake then backload before bed. I'm considering doing it tonight, but I am not 100% confident in my CBL knowledge and would love to hear from any of y'all, you all, or you'z; of course, depending on your geographical location.

Merely personal opinion here. I think it's overkill and you'll burn out sooner than later. But that said, I train 6 days a week really hard and when I first came here several people said it was too much. I didn't listen and couldn't be happier with my progress. If its just to eat more carbs you'll most likely find it isn't worth it since you have to train heavy and hard. Gotta love repeating myself...

Umm depends on what your goals are man? Like you can definately do cardio in the AM and train in the PM, Also say its your Chest Back day, you could do chest am and back pm? I currently do that split my days into heavy in the am and 5x5 in the PM two 1 hour workouts instead of 1 2 hour works much better for me and I lvoe training too :). Another benefit is the the more daily stimulus you have the better your nutrient partioning is. I would say if you have the time go for it and don't worry about over training youll know if you do but most people are so worried about over training they don't train hard enough lol (not aimed at you PHX)

Oh I know. That's why I said don't necessarily listen to me…there's a lot of people that are a glutton for punishment here so we may be welcoming another 🙂

What Phx and Mike said, train to your heart's content and shoot for glory…If you find yourself feeling horribly crippled after a while, dial it back a bit. It's actually a lot less complicated than you think, you just gotta be in tune with how your body responds to training. Work your way up gradually in the intensity department. No need to backload every day though, just keep each session short and brutal. You could, though you'd have to really fine-tune the amounts and most people can't handle that so easily without kinda putting their fat burning goals on the side. If you are not concerned about getting leaner, forget what I just said.
