sorry if this has been discussed before. i've found a lot of differing opinions on this around the internet. but i'd like to finally get some straight answers. what actually happens to the benefits of whey if it's heated?does it take a certain temperature to ruin it? putting it in coffee which is less than boiling seems to be acceptable. but what about baking with it? does it slow down the digestion or take a lot of the benefits away? and is this the case for concentrates, isolates, hydrolyzed, and casein?now and then i like to bake a protein cake or maybe pancakes, and i'm wondering if it's just more worth it to just not do it and be on the safe side.rly appreciate your input! 🙂
