Yep, then you don't have access to the CBL Threads. Problem solved. If you purchase the book and try to get ahold of Kiefer his admin crew will help.

But her log was on a Carb Nite thread, so wouldn't I have access to that? I purchased Carb Nite.

I ran a two-a-week for a short time, as a shock to my system, and lost a good deal of fat, about 1/2 lb. more, per week, than ave. on regular CN.I simply increased my workouts to compensate, and burn out the extra glyco.  My schedule looked like so, I called it Mod-CNS:M - lift, full ULCT - lift full ULCW - lift (body parts I want to bring up), 2-4 hour backload (w/o PWO shake carbs)T - HIIT in AM, full ULCF - lift, full ULCS - lift (body parts I want to bring up), full 6-8 hour CN.S - HIIT in AM, full ULCNot saying this will work for everyone, but it did for me.  It is sort of a cross btw. CNS and CBL SA.  I was using an FST-7 protocol for training, to ensure max glycogen usage.Cory
