Holy Sh*t i feel like im gonna explode!I only had:1 large plate of noodle stir fry1 large plate of white rice with sauteed beef10-15 pork dumplings6 fried chicken wingsbig scoop of mashed potatoeschunk of meatloaffinished off the night with 2 scoops of cookies n cream icecream over a piece of chocolate cake and a banana.I just had a bowel movement so i feel kinda better now. maybe i should finish my bag of unopened tostitos chips with a hint of lime before bed ;D
This morning I did notice slight bloating and I sweated so much last night.The scale did not move but I'm not worried because the next 4 days im a fat burning machine!
