I just listened to #31 podcast and I just wanted to know some thoughts on what Keifer might incorporate for contest prep. He stated that he uses this protocol and clients can get extremely ripped WHILE maintaining muscle mass, this seems to be the modified Carb Nite.He mentions that sometime he will introduce a protein shake w/MCT oil pre workout.About 30 minutes into your training you would make a protein shake w/ Pure Glucose added.POST workout your would have your regular PWO shake. I think i heard it like thisI would like comments, as I am considering doing a third figure competition. Just not sure how much glucose I would add to my shake....where does one buy just pure glucose? Do you think this would be something ONLY if you are using SHOCKWAVE? Lastly, if you were to incorporate this intra workout shake would you still do a regular CN once a week?
