I had to start over my CNS because I had surgery and wasn't able to eat or follow it for a few days. So far I've had success from my first round which was only a month or so. I went from being stuck at 143lbs to now being 138lbs and stayed nice and lean. I'm on Day 4 and pretty pumped to see what kind of results I can get. I'm not cleared to workout for another 2-3 weeks so right now its ALL about my diet. No HIITS yet or training, which is miss dearly.Here is a sample of my day/meal ideas... I've tweaked it. Please feel free to make any suggestions and I have a few questions.-Coffee with coconut oil and/or HWC-2 whole eggs, cheddar cheese, fried in butter and 3 strips of bacon-beef patty w/ cheddar cheese, veggie with butter and parm cheese sprinkled, pickle and tomato slice, yellow mustard-smoked salmon with tiny bit of cream cheese rolled up-steak, veggie with butter or salad with no carb dressingI'm trying to come up with other yummy meal ideas.Can we use:Sour cream? Low carb guacamole?yellow mustard? Cream cheese? a bit of crystal light in the water?Walden Farms products?Fresh Mozzarella cheese?Thank you for your help!
