I'm 43 but my experience was different from yours. I started out morbidly obese and losing fat at the beginning was easier for me. Here are some questions that you should answer, it will make it easier for everyone to help you. What are your stats? BF % - starting weight (or fill out the thread in the link PHX posted)How much of the 6 lbs. did you lose during your prep phase? What does your workout look like? Are you doing too much? How much cardio and what type are you doing?I'm sure you'll get some great advice when you answer these questions. And, I hear you on the food choices. It can get old at times but we do what we have to, to get results. I'm happy to have a weekly carbnite to indulge. Good luck!

Lesli BortzParticipantI've yet to get tired of beef, bacon and steaks – something with the fat and flavor. Been exploring grass fed hot dogs too – amazing!
